1.) Moore 4 Sisters Ministries

Our Network provides workshops, seminars, and conferences that is very practical and relates to real issues with biblical solutions. Provides mentoring that is relational and personal. Provides a holistic mission to reach, partner, and equip every church to minister to the whole woman.

Our vision is to:

Ministry Training:

Introduction to Ministry

The Preparation for Ministry is introductory course that will examine the individuals’ personal call to ministry, the minister, and the personal plan for ministry. The participant will understand biblical passages related to a call to ministry; will pursue an understanding of self as it pertains to ministry roles; develop a ministry manifesto to use as guide in ministry; and identify skills of leadership in ministry.

Teaching Program

The teaching ministry will consist of basic steps for Biblical preaching, Disciples Model of Teaching, Spirit-Led Preaching, developing lessons plans, and various styles and delivery forms in preaching and teaching.

Mentoring Program

One-on-One mentoring consists of personal mentorship to individually customized goals for overall growth. Purpose is to pair ministers, pastor’s wives, and youth and young adults for spiritual guidance and growth. Group mentoring consists of shared resources for spiritual, emotional, physical and financial wholeness.

Networking:

General Network

The General Women’s Network will consist of all women from any denomination who has a desire to connect with other women. The women within this network will host retreats, seminar, conferences, teleconferences and/or webinars.  Specific topics will be generated through evaluations and/or personal contacts.

Pastor’s and Minister’s Wives Network

This network is formed with pastor’s wives and will address issues specific to the pastoral staff.  This will need to be plan cautiously because of the sensitivity to privacy.  So it may just start out as retreats to allow pastor’s wives a day out for relaxation and pampering. The minister’s wives can have a secondary network as some issues may not be the same as pastor’s wives.

Minister’s Network

This network is formed of women in the ministry to sharpen the gifts of their calling. The network will host seminars, workshops specific to issues related to women in the ministry.

Holistic Mission Network

The Holistic Mission network is to reach and partner with community organizations to restore women to wholeness.  The goal of this networking program is to equip women with resources and referral information for emotional health, physical health.  Our desire is to network with organizations to address domestic violence, mental health, wellness, and intellectual/developmental disabilities; to form partnerships to develop and equip the local church to be more inclusive and holistic in teaching to reach the whole person.
